Designed for hiking, the MTN Trainer Lite shoes by Salewa perform reliably even on the most technically demanding trails.

The use of a versatile and multifunctional Pomoca sole provides confidence and stability even in difficult terrain. Deep, self-cleaning grooves and sharp sole lugs ensure good grip on rocks and scree, as well as optimal traction on mud, grass, and snow.

The durable upper, made from abrasion-resistant material, features a rubber rand that protects both the foot from injuries and the shoe from mechanical damage. The EVA midsole provides improved and long-lasting shock absorption. The 3F System connects the instep area with the sole and heel, ensuring flexibility, proper fit, and support. The cushioning insole developed by Salewa wicks moisture away, helping keep your feet dry.

The Climbing Lacing system provides a better fit around the forefoot. Proper adjustment of the lacing in the toe area increases precision and support in technical terrain. The brand logo highlights the high quality and adds a stylish look to the design. The shoes belong to the Salewa Committed series, which means they do not contain harmful substances. Provides an excellent combination of flexibility, ankle support, and precise shoe fit. Created by Salewa, this system allows the shoe to remain flexible around the ankle while stabilizing the rear part of the foot. This is possible thanks to a special steel cable that divides the shoe into two sections: a lower section that provides stabilization and an upper section that remains flexible and does not restrict movement. The innovative 3F System Power allows the foot to move through its full natural range while combining flexibility and stability.

This sole is known for its optimal balance between grip and traction. Grip is provided by a new Pomoca butyl compound, which achieves a high level of performance on both dry and wet hard surfaces. Proper traction on mud and soft ground is ensured by the specially shaped tread pattern. The Pomoca MTN sole is designed for fast mountain approaches or steady movement with reliable grip.
